On October 24, 2017 we sat down to talk with Ann Cocoran, head of refugee watchdog site Refugee Resettlement Watch. We wanted to learn from her how our the program for resettling refugees in the United States has been bastardized to ensure a steady stream of cash per head continues year after year. For ten years Ann has been reporting on how secular and non-secular contractors as well as government apparatchiks have grown a bureaucracy around the business of refugees that ultimately does less and costs more.
