America Invaded Film

We are proud to partner with the newly released film ‘America, Invaded ’ from Uniglobe Entertainment, directed by award winning filmmaker Namrata Singh Gujral.

I was interviewed on the topic of the H-1B visa and how the rushed process of awarding the visa after only a cursory review can and has impacted national security.

about the film:
Featuring heart wrenching personal accounts from military heroes and gold star families, this docudrama explores the current state of America ’s national security well after America ’s longest war has ended.
This bi-partisan film objectively traces America ’s current vulnerabilities in the national security arena that allow international terrorism to continue to threaten the United States post the twenty year global war on terror in Iraq and Afghanistan, not only from the open southern border but also through the fraudulent abuse of America ’s legal entry methods which include visa, asylum and refuge.

Kevin Lynn is the Executive Director of the Institute for Sound Public Policy and Founder of U.S. Tech Workers. Since 2007, he has been an activist in the movement to restrict and better regulate immigration. Over a multi-faceted career, Kevin worked for start-up technology companies, served as an Army officer in the U.S., Europe and Asia, and worked in business development for some of the world’s largest tax and accounting firms. Raised on a small farm in Pennsylvania, Kevin is committed to the preservation of farmlands and historic buildings.
