Activism and Organizations
Lynn is best known for his work advocating for reforms to U.S. immigration and visa policies, particularly the H-1B program. He serves as Executive Director of the Institute for Sound Public Policy and is the Founder of U.S. Tech Workers, an organization dedicated to highlighting the impact of foreign labor programs on American workers.
For instance, in August 2020, Kevin brought a dozen Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) IT workers who were about to have their jobs outsourced to H-1B visa consulting firms to Washington, DC, to meet with President Donald J. Trump. During that meeting, President Trump fired the chairman and one of the board of directors of the TVA, and the TVA CEO rescinded his decision to outsource those jobs. As a result, over 200 TVA union workers still have their jobs today.
His advocacy focuses on protecting American jobs, opposing exploitative outsourcing practices, and addressing the broader effects of mass immigration on wages, housing affordability, and infrastructure.

Social Media Presence
Lynn maintains an active presence on X under @thencamekevin, @ustechworkers, @pfirgroup and @ifspp, where combined he has over 60,000 followers. His bio reads: “Lapsed Republican, unrepentant Perotist, failed Green, frustrated Democrat, now a MAGA Republican traveling the road to disunion. Join me.”

His posts often blend humor, memes, sharp commentary on current events, and calls to action on political and economic issues.
