Annual Fundraiser
2026

9/3/2026 – 10/3/2026

This year, the debate over who gets to work in America and on whose terms has once again moved from the margins to the center of national politics. As has often been the case, we’ve been the catalyst.

Through the research and data we publish, the stories we break, the cases we litigate and our activism we continue to punch well above our weight class.

Our staff of four generates content that produces over a million social media views a month, with real engagement on our calls to action; conducts original research that set our critics hair on fire; conducts road shows across the country that inspire activism that crosses generational lines. This is the kind of output organizations ten times our size struggle to produce. Specifically:

  • We provided the blueprint on what states could do to curb H-1B usage, and as a result, the governors of Florida and Texas pushed to stop H-1B use among e universities and high schools.
  • We have worked tirelessly submitting public comments for proposed H-1B rules by this administration to push them to get the best rule implemented and defend against any possible litigation.
  • We have worked with the DOJ IER in helping them understand the scope of PERM violations, and they have successfully gone after some of these violators and received settlements.
  • Starting in 2025, we have been on a college speaking tour that so far has included, Penn State, University of Pittsburgh, Michigan state, Wayne State University, Miami University in Ohio, University of Missouri, Boston University, and Clemson University. We will be headed to Georgia and Illinois later this fall.

That kind of impact doesn’t happen by accident. It happens because a small, independent operation was willing to do the research nobody else would fund and say things nobody else would say.

Such independence comes at a cost. We don’t have a corporate PAC or a university endowment behind us. With one or two exceptions, most large donors shy away from the plight of America’s white-collar professional workers the corporatocracy views as expensive, undeserving, and expendable, and they fund accordingly.

But we do have you: the people who follow us on social media, read our newsletter, and believe our work truly matters.

So this year, as in years past, I am appealing to you to donate and to get family members, friends, and colleagues to donate too. If your situation favors it, talk to me about legacy giving.

For those who may not be able to give $100 or more right now, you can start today with a sustaining membership of just $20 a month — a little less than the price of one cup of coffee a week.

I promise two things: we will continue doing the work that has made us the tip of the spear of this movement, and every dollar you give will go directly into the fight.
